Gazpacho of Tomato & Shrimp – heirloom tomato, cucumber, basil, grilled shrimp (Paired with Pearl D’ Blanc)
Pasta Primavera – pasta noodles, roasted zucchini, summer squash, onions, tomato, eggplant (Paired with Rayson Rosé)
Chicken Saltimbocca – sautéed chicken topped with prosciutto, mozzarella sautéed spinach, parmesan snow (Paired with Cabernet Franc)

Gazpacho of Watermelon & Bay Scallop- watermelon, cucumber, basil, bay scallops (Paired with Pearl D’Blanc)
Eggplant Rollotinis – flash fried eggplant slices stuffed with ricotta cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, topped with marinara with onions, capers, and basil (Paired with Rayson Chardonnay)
