Bistro Europa Soft Opening: 4-course food/wine pairing in our outdoor covered patio
This soft opening for the Rayson kitchen will take place on May 26th starting promptly at 11:30 AM. We do recommend arriving 30 minutes early to allow time to be seated before the event starts.
You will be eating pre-selected items off the Bistro Europa Restaurant menu. The courses will be paired with the appropriate Rayson wine selected by JW and our head chef. There will be no substitutions allowed on the menu. Please be mindful of the menu courses before you purchase tickets.
Seating will be outside on our patio on the patio tables. There will be 4 seats at each table. If there is someone specific you would like to sit with please email carrie@raysonwine.com prior to the event. Otherwise, seating will be pre-determined and you will sit with other guests attending the event.
Sunday Menu:
Course 1: Pork & Manchego Croquettes- Shredded Pork, Manchego cheese, bechamel, lemon, parsley, prosciutto, spicy pimento aioli
- Paired with Rayson Riesling
Course 2: Black Garlic Caesar- Romaine, croutons, parmesan, black garlic Caesar dressing
- Paired with Rayson Elévage Blanc
Course 3: Pappardelle Pasta & Roasted Chicken- Roasted mushrooms, asparagus, parmesan cream
- Paired with Rayson Chardonnay
Course 4: Carrot Cake- Golden raisins, chopped walnuts, cream cheese frosting
- Paired with Rayson Sweet Vermouth Blanc
