Evening of Escoffier- June 12th, 2025
Enjoy an evening under Rayson's enclosed patio for our Evening of Escoffier. This will be a 3-course food and wine pairing dinner event led by a Rayson Winery tasting ambassador. A "Dinner with a Show" if you will. Dinner will begin promptly at 6:30PM- we recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to the event to allow time to be seated.
Tickets will be $79 + tax and gratuity (tickets are non-refundable)
There will be no menu substitutions available for this event. The 3 courses will be as follows:
1st Course: Spring Shrimp- shrimp carpaccio, watermelon radish, fried Shishito, peppers, cucumbers, finger limes/lime pearls, lemongrass foam, chili oil, and micro flowers- Paired with Riesling
2nd Course: Rolled Ratatouille- crusty herb oil baguette, tomato jam, house-made soft cheese, ratatouille cylinder, and parm tuile- Paired with Élevege Rouge
3rd Course: Braised Oxtail- cabbage, stuffed with veal, mushroom, tomato, artichoke and potato mixture topped with thinly sliced crispy, pancetta with cannellini bean ragú- Paired with Élevage Select
