Enjoy an evening under Rayson's enclosed patio for our Evening of Escoffier. This will be a 3-course food and wine pairing dinner event led by a Rayson Winery tasting ambassador. A "Dinner with a Show" if you will. Dinner will begin promptly at 6:30PM- we recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to the event to allow time to be seated.
Tickets will be $79 + tax and gratuity (tickets are non-refundable)
There will be no menu substitutions available for this event. The 3 courses will be as follows:
1st Course: Bay Scallops with orange segments, red onion and romesco sauce- Paired with Rosé
2nd Course: Shrimp risotto with peas, toasted almonds and lemon curd- Paired with Chardonnay
3rd Course: Beef, potato pave truffle and parmesan Espuma, bordelaise sauce- Paired with Élevage Rouge
