Evening of Escoffier
Evening of Escoffier- September 12th, 2024
Enjoy an evening under Rayson's covered patio for our first-ever Evening of Escoffier. This will be a 3-course food and wine pairing dinner event led by a Rayson Winery tasting ambassador. A "Dinner with a Show" if you will. Dinner will begin promptly at 6:30PM- we recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to the event to allow time to be seated.
Tickets will be $69 + tax and gratuity
There will be no menu substitutions available for this event. The 3 courses will be as follows:
1st Course: Scallop Crudo: Cucumber and chili oil salad, cashews, avocado (Paired with Rayson Riesling)
2nd Course: Mushroom Ravioli, squash puree, smoked creme fraiche, truffle oil, fried leeks (Paired with Rayson Chardonnay)
3rd Course: Honey Lavender Chicken, goat cheese soufflé, rainbow baby carrot, brown butter emulsion, cranberry chutney (Paired with Rayson Cabernet Franc)
