This blend represents the best lots of wine that we were able to assemble. This wine is dedicated exclusively for our wine club members and demonstrates the very best of what our winery has to offer. This multi-vintage red wine offers aromatic layers of cooked fruit, cedar, spice, and caramel. The palate is rich and luxurious, featuring vibrant blue fruit, a hint of raisin and prune, and a mouthwatering finish, all framed by plush, well-integrated tannins.

Evening of Escoffier- October 24th, 2024

Enjoy an evening under Rayson's outside covered patio for our Evening of Escoffier. This will be a 3-course food and wine pairing dinner event led by a Rayson Winery tasting ambassador. A "Dinner with a Show" if you will. Dinner will begin promptly at 6:30PM- we recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to the event to allow time to be seated.

Tickets will be $69 + tax and gratuity (tickets are non-refundable)

There will be no menu substitutions available for this event. The 3 courses will be as follows:

1st Course: Scallop Crudo: Baby Beets, Frisée, Citrus, Basil Purée, Herbed Goat Cheese (Paired with Rosé)

2nd Course: Salmon Cake, Cashew Romesco Sauce, Charred Leeks, Lemon Yogurt, Naan (Paired with Riesling)

Join us as we celebrate the highly anticipated grand opening of Bistro Europa’s stunning new dining room with an exclusive 3-course, wine-paired dinner. This unforgettable evening will be led by none other than JW Ray, owner and winemaker at Rayson Winery and Vineyards, who will personally guide you through each expertly curated wine pairing.

The evening’s menu has been thoughtfully designed to showcase the finest seasonal ingredients, perfectly paired with our award-winning wines to create a culinary experience like no other. This is a milestone event for Rayson and Bistro Europa, and we can’t wait to share it with you! Seating will be arranged to reflect the elegant setup of our dining room, offering a preview of its ambiance during regular service. Please note, that you may be seated with other guests attending the event.

This inaugural bottling of Rayson wine marks the beginning of what will be a fabulous and rich journey of artfully crafted fine wines made with care and passion. Rayson, derived from the winemaking family's two sons, Joey and Logan Ray, who are the sons of JW and Kristen Ray; hence, the name Rayson. This opulent Petit Verdot exudes its dark complexion with notes of plums, blackberries, blueberries, and toasted oak. Rich and sumptuous with a full body, the wine is layered with flavors of dark fruit, minerals, slate, toasted spices, and mocha. The tannins are firm but polished, with a vibrant mid-palate. This wine is well-balanced, with a harmonious integration of bouquet, a juicy and vibrant palate, and a long, flavorful, velvety finish.
