Join us for an elegant evening honoring a year of exceptional wine, remarkable growth and development across our estate, and the unwavering support of our incredible community. Tickets will include a welcome reception with light appetizers and a complimentary glass of wine, a 3-course food and wine paired dinner, and live music and dancing. Seating will be 'wedding style' with 8 seats per table. If you have seating preferences with other guests please email carrie@raysonwine.com prior to the event.

This blend represents the best lots of wine that we were able to assemble. This wine is dedicated exclusively for our wine club members and demonstrates the very best of what our winery has to offer. This multi-vintage red wine offers aromatic layers of cooked fruit, cedar, spice, and caramel. The palate is rich and luxurious, featuring vibrant blue fruit, a hint of raisin and prune, and a mouthwatering finish, all framed by plush, well-integrated tannins.

Varietal: 44% Merlot, 36% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Petit Verdot, 10% Cabernet Franc

This inaugural bottling of Rayson wine marks the beginning of what will be a fabulous and rich journey of artfully crafted fine wines made with care and passion. Rayson, derived from the winemaking family's two sons, Joey and Logan Ray, who are the sons of JW and Kristen Ray; hence, the name Rayson. This opulent Petit Verdot exudes its dark complexion with notes of plums, blackberries, blueberries, and toasted oak. Rich and sumptuous with a full body, the wine is layered with flavors of dark fruit, minerals, slate, toasted spices, and mocha. The tannins are firm but polished, with a vibrant mid-palate. This wine is well-balanced, with a harmonious integration of bouquet, a juicy and vibrant palate, and a long, flavorful, velvety finish.

This inaugural bottling of Rayson's Cabernet Franc wine marks the beginning of what will be a fabulous and rich journey of artfully crafted fine wines made with care and passion. Rayson, is derived from the winemaking family's two sons, Joey and Logan Ray, who are the sons of JW and Kristen Ray; hence, the name Rayson.

The palate unfolds with the essence of strawberry-preserved cranberry compote embraced by the comforting notes of baked pastry crust. As you savor each sip, discover the nuanced elegance of bright red fruit, forest floor, and baking spice all harmonized by well-integrated tannins. A mouthwatering finish lingers, leaving and indelible imprint of the wine's refined complexity. This wine can age for a decade or more if properly stored.
