Cabernet Sauvignon

This is a non-vintage blend that includes Cabernet Sauvignon from 2024, 2023, and 2022. Each vintage was aged in French oak barrels, and due to the extended aging of the older vintages, the wine possesses many nuances typically found in older wines. Although the wine underwent micro-oxygenation from the older vintages, the newer vintage contributes an uplifting burst of fruit that surprises, especially when contrasted with the brickish coloring at the edge of the glass.

Our Cabernet Sauvignon captivates with enchanting aromas of ripe bramble fruit, cedar, and delicate dried rose petals. On the palate, it delivers a rich yet vibrant experience, unfolding layers of dark fruit with remarkable depth and complexity. Silky yet structured, the wines well-integrated tannins provide a lingering finish that is both elegant and memorable, making every sip a testament to its balance and finesse.
