Join us at Rayson Winery and Vineyards for our first ever brunch event in the Bistro Europa Dining Room. This will be a 3-course food and wine paired brunch accompanied by a harpist player throughout the brunch. There will be 2 seatings available at 11AM and 1:30PM. Seating will be pre-determined before you arrive, so if there is someone specific you would like to sit with please email carrie@raysonwine.com.
Menu:
Créme Brûlée French Toast- seasonal flavor maple syrup with rosemary and orange, served with house made smoked sea salt vanilla whipped cream, maple syrup fluff, candied walnuts, warm orange syrup you may add sausage, bacon, and eggs as an option
Paired with- Rayson Mimosa- fresh squeezed orange with Pearl D' Blanc
Eggs Benedict- hollandaise, house cured salmon, home fries
Paired with- Pearl D' Blanc Sparkling White Blend New Release
Bangers and Mash- Irish style pork sausage, pommes purée, butter poached green cabbage, Dijon mustard demi glace
Paired with- Rayson Cabernet Franc
